Welcome to SquareBoost Technologies Inc. ("SquareBoost," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and source code — are the exclusive property of SquareBoost Technologies Inc. or its licensors. These are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Mobile Applications

When you download or use our mobile applications, including Affirmation List, you agree to:

  • A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application software.
  • In-app purchases or subscriptions are subject to app store policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SquareBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, or goodwill. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive accordingly.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
